Notable Grants and Fundraising

We have received an exceptional response as regards the funds that we have received during the COVID-19 pandemic. Individuals, governmental organisations and business corporations have kindly donated significant sums of money to Ryedale Foodbank during this extremely difficult period, for which we are extremely grateful. Notable sums that we have received are as follows:

• JustGiving Fundraiser: £7,380
• Norton Town Council: £5,000
• North Yorkshire County Council: £4,150
• National Farmers Union Mutual Insurance Society: £3,160
• Malton Norton And District Lions Club Charitable Fund: £3,030 (Ongoing)
• Individual (Donation): £3,000
• Sirius Mining: £2,300
• Martin Lewis Campaign: £2,000
• Pickering Rotary: £2,000
• Malton Town Council: £500
• Third Energy UK: £500
• Panther Fitness: £300

In spite of the difficult circumstances that we are presently facing, in addition to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will continue incessantly to serve the needs of those in crisis. Both David Brown and Rob Townsend deserve an honerable mention for their excellent fundraising efforts; their work is greatly appreciated.
